In Sacred Heart SNS we use RedBox Virtual Reality (VR) headsets in our classrooms to furthur explorer our curriculum subjects.
Teachers integrate the use of VR systems into their teaching practice to expand children's knowledge of a topic. Previously we have used VR headsets to travel around the world and beyond, whilst sitting in our classrooms. The children have visited places such as outer space & Mars, Ancient Rome, Italy, The Amazon Rainforest, Mount Everest, The world of the Aztecs and the digestive system, to name but a few.
We use the expeditionspro app and youtube to view the VR files.
