Recipe
Ingredients for 18 flapjacks:
- 175g butter
- 125g brown sugar
- 55g golden syrup
- 350g porridge oats

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Put the butter, sugar and syrup in to a saucepan.
- Heat pan over a low heat stirring until melted.
- Take pan off heat and add the porridge oats.
- Stir it all together.
- Put greaseproof paper into a baking tray.
- Place the mixture into the tray and press down well.
- Put in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Take it out and leave to cool for 10 minutes.
- Cut it into squares.
- Eat and enjoy!
